Also, sorry for spammin' y'all.
Ivy sat perched on a branch high above a tree, high enough above Green Arrow and Robin so that none of their weapons could reach her. Harley stood next to her, swinging from branch to branch in a spectacular imitation of Tarzan, with a struggling executive over her shoulder, thrown into a burlap sack. Robin had deduced that they had kidnapped her as she was walking through Puckett Park after a late-night business meeting, in hopes of extorting priceless information about WayneCorp's real estate from her. Amazingly Connor and Tim had intercepted them as the trio were backing their way back to Harley's apartment.

With Connor unable to shoot Harley out of fear of her dropping the kidnapped victim, Tim knew the only plan left was to mount the tree. He looked at Connor and explained his plan with a point to his belt and a nod.

Tim stepped in front of Connor, letting him wrap his arms around Tim's chest tightly. Tim grabbed his grappling hook launcher out of his utility belt. Aiming ten feet below the Dastardly Duo, he shot with accurate enough aim that Connor couldn't help but grin a little. Their training sessions had paid off.

Traveling so quickly up the tree that everything but Tim was blurring around him, Connor couldn't see the dark outlines of someone in the forest surrounding them. When they were a few feet from Tim's hook, Connor put his hands on Tim's shoulders and jumped higher, landing on the branch with Harley on it.

The sudden increase of weight caused the branch to crack.

"Maybe ya bettah lay off the doughnuts, hot stuff!" Harley said, struggling to keep balance and to not drop the bag over her shoulders.

Faster then any human Connor had seen, she scampered up the tree, leaping from branch to branch until she was near the very top with Ivy.

Connor was only a few metres away, he knew that if he hurried, he could probably get to her before Harley had a chance to respond, but the branch was already struggling to hold Ivy, Harley, and the kidnapped woman.

"Now listen here, ya filthy animals, to our demands!" Harley yelled out, loud enough that everyone in the forest could here.

"First of all, both of you are going to climb down. Now. " Ivy said, with an iron edge to her voice. "Second of all, you'll lay flat on the ground, a kilometre south of here. If I so much as see you twitch, I will kill you."

"And third, you'll let us leave with this little treasure" She whispered, gently touching the thrashing burlap sack for a moment until it stopped moving.

"Ivy, it doesn't have to be this way. You've been making excellent progress at Arkham, you've successfully ensured the continual safety of a hundred square kilometers of Brazilian forest, you've invented a new genus of plant, and you'll destroy it all if you continue with this." Tim said, focusing on Ivy.

For the briefest moment, Ivy hesitated. It was subtle and over in a second, but Tim saw it. Unfortunately, Harley chose that moment to grab a light violet leaf from the top of the tree, crush it between her hands, and throw the liquid down on Tim and Connor.

"Harley, you utter moron! We were saving that for later!" Ivy yelled, the rage in her voice nearly throwing Harley backwards.

"Aw, c'mon Red. Dontcha' wanna see these two hunks gettin' all hot and sweaty?" Harley said, trying to coax a smile out of her.

Connor has turning red. He had been inching his way up the tree when he'd been hit, and had been climbing up the branch behind Tim. He was far enough below Tim that he could admire the view without being blocked by his cape.

"What does she mean, Ivy?" Tim said, the authority in his voice clearly faked.

"To put it in more, human terms, you've been hit by a sex pollen. Unless you have some fun in a few hours, you'll be dead from heart failure and ... lack of bloodflow." Ivy replied, a smirk on her face as she finished her sentence.

Connor pulled himself up onto the branch, jumping higher and higher until he reached the top with Harley. She stepped a few feet back, holding the tranquil bag over the edge.

"Ya want it? Well come and get it, caveman!" She said, letting go.

Without the slightest bit of hesitation, he jumped over the edge after the sack. Because she'd been standing so close to the edge, he didn't have any tree limbs to grab to slow his fall. Hauling the woman out of the bag, he noticed that she looked familiar.

Without the time to ponder it, he held her in his arms, preparing to shatter his legs, when Tim swooped down in a way not unlike a bat. He grabbed the two of them with one arm around their waists, the other struggling to maintain it's hold on his hook.

As they swung around the tree a few times, Connor held his arm tightly around Tim. He felt something hard from Tim press against his stomach, something that he could feel pressing on Tim's leg from him.

Once they had nearly run out of cord, they were only a few feet above the ground. Connor jumped, pttung the woman down carefully as he rolled onto the grass. Her pulse was normal, her breathrate was good, and he could have sworn she'd opened her green eyes once or twice on the way down.

Tim hit the button on his hook that seemed to rewind his hook back into it's rightful place. He tried to fall as elegantly as Connor had, however, Bruce had taught him efficiency over style, and that resulted in Tim landing on top of Connor.

Which resulted in a very awkward positioning.

Connor shifted a little, slightly uncomfortable, which only resulted in his erection rubbing against Tim's. They were nearly breaking out of their suits.

"Correct me if I'm wrong, but when Ivy said that we needed to relieve ourselves, she was talking sexually, right?" Tim said, not moving one iota.

"That's what I thought. And if we don't, then she said we'll die, right?" Connor said, swallowing as he felt Tim move up and down on his body.

"That's right." Tim said, a little unsure of himself. He took a deep breath in, and looked Connor in the eyes. Both of them nodded and started to unbuckle their belts.

High above a tree in the forest, Cassandra saw Tim and Connor taking off their clothes in a secluded area of the park. She whispered to Bruce through her communicator that they had started, and he told her to resume patrolling the West End.

Batman stood on the pavement outside the gates of the park, surrounded by an unlikely group of helpers. Ivy was laying on the ground, turning grass poisonous so as to kill any grasshoppers that planned on devouring the grass. Harley was doing flips through the air, trying to land and crush any bugs underneath for Ivy. Selina had been a little woozy from her fall from the tree, but she had managed to sneak out before Tim and Connor had noticed her. Dick was passing her a bottle of water and some advil.

Batman listened to his radio communicator, and heard Cassandra say that Tim and Connor had "started". It was time to finish the job up.

"The Rocky Mountain Foothills have been purchased, and will be safe for eternity" Batman growled in his menacing voice, speaking to Ivy. He cuffed her, and had Dick put her in the passenger seat of the Batmobile. Dick himself stepped into the driver's seat, and began pulling away to Arkham Asylum.

Since Harley had been let go on parole a few weeks ago, Bruce handed her a briefcase filled with fifty thousand dollars worth of twenty dollar bills. The serial numbers had been taken down, of course. She gave him a surprisingly powerful hug for someone so small, and skipped her way home.

Selina, having finally shaken off her dizziness, turned to Bruce with a questioning look on her face. He pointedly looked at Harley.

She rolled her eyes, and stood in front of him. "Bruce, are you going to explain why you just paid two villains to stage a kidnapping and pretended to roofie your kid and his friend?"

Bruce looked at her, and began speaking in a much calmer voice then she'd expected.

"Robin has been inefficient in the field lately. He's been slower, less intuitive, and placing himself in greater and greater risks. Green Arrow tells me that his ally, Green Arrow II, had been acting in a similar fashion. I conversed with the two of them, separately, and was able to deduce that they both have romantic feelings for each other. Cross-referencing this with my previous psych profiles on the two of them, I concluded that neither of them would be willing to proceed on their feelings unless forced to by exterior stimuli. If they continued to keep their emotions to themselves, neither would have been fit for patrol. Therefore, I had Ivy and Harley Quinn make them act upon their feelings by showing them the result if they didn't, but continued to battle crime on the streets: death."

Selina glared at Bruce for a second, and briefly considered punching him.

"There are better, much better, ways to set up two people on a date." Selina hissed, and ran off unto the night.

heheheh. Dastardly Duo. ME AM SO WITTY!
What do you guys think? Don't be afraid to be critical! Also, should I warn for dub-con? Or would it not be dub-con because they both are actively choosing to have sex, but imagining they aren't?

I liked that. I mean, I could probably see it happening for Connor more than for Tim just because of Tim's history with women, but if they were, ya know, it would have to be something like Batpimpery that sets them up.

I'd like to know how they behaved around each other (and everyone else) afterwards, though!

Oh, see, for me it's the other way around. Tim's history with girls is eerily similar to mine, and he just reads perfectly throughout the first 120 issues of his series and YJ as a closeted gay boy.

Blargh. This is my embarrassing fic! I was pretty much horrified by how quickly the deadline was coming, so I just put this out as quickly as I could.

Wait, are you gay? I can definitely see it in Young Justice, and maybe with Ariana, but not with Steph.

Don't be embarrassed, the only thing that really turns me off to fics is when writers divert so wildly from the characters, and that's not what you did.

Most definitely gay here!

See, Steph is definitely it. Tim's really close to her, probably her best friend, they've been dating for like a year, he's fiercely protective of her ... but he has no sexual desire whatsoever towards her. Whereas with Conner, his dying wish was to talk to him.

(note that I'm talking pre-Willingham here)

Okay, well, you speak from experience, but I saw it completely the opposite way. Tim was sort of my wish fulfillment character when I was in high school. He could get women, but unlike Dick, he still got flustered and awkward. I thought that's what proved he really liked Steph, she did things to him no one else could. I figure it was natural for someone his age to still be unsure about how best to express his sexual desire. It happens to heteros too!

Very interesting. What other secrets are you heteros hiding from me?
Chris: Lanterns[info]90scartoonman on July 3rd, 2009 03:54 am (UTC)
That two girls at once isn't the ultimate male fantasy and that we just want to be held.

I hope you don't mind me asking, but when did you, uh, discover yourself?
scottyquick: Shocked Bruce[info]scottyquick on July 3rd, 2009 05:27 am (UTC)
Well, what IS then?

Oh, I think I figured it out when I first went into high school. I really, really don't know how. I pretty much just woke up gay.
Chris[info]90scartoonman on July 4th, 2009 06:03 am (UTC)
Speaking as a heterosexual male, I think we want the convergence of two things - to feel safe and to feel like stud. Men have fragile egos, and the ones who are really insecure try to prove they're not in several different ways. We don't want to admit that we crave love, acceptance, and intimacy, even though we do desperately. If we can have that and feel masculine on top of it? That's th ultimate.

Interesting. I mean, I her odd stories about men who have serious relationships with women and don't realize it until later in their life. Not that I think that's going to happen to me, it's just something odd.
